Mary draws on a wealth of practical experience over 20 years in organisational contexts from FTSE 100 corporates to small creative partnerships. Her career has included a variety of operational and consulting positions across manufacturing, sales, retailing, finance and purchasing spanning diverse industries; Oil & Gas, Automotive, Food & Drink, Scientific Research, Financial Services and Leisure.

Learning and Personal development have always been highly valued by Mary, and it was during studying for her MBA that Mary first came across the inner power of being really clear about your goals, and how to ensure you achieve them. Mary trained with Ian McDermott , Jan Elfine, Suzi Smith, Robert Dilts and Tim Hallbom to gain her NLP and coaching qualifications.
