Clarity works with you to design programmes specifically suited to your individual needs, agreeing each step and sharing the responsibility for keeping track of progress. The main steps in a Clarity coaching programme are: • Foundations and Contracting: your coach works with you to clarify mutual expectations, set the ground rules and establish your commitment • Identification of goals and priorities: identifying the client’s main priorities and aspirations and defining the success criteria • Option generation and exploration: your coach will support you to generate options, new perspectives and test out which feel comfortable and achievable for you, reaching a shared understanding of potential solutions • Action Planning: by working with you to design SMART objectives action plan, defining and agreeing initial actions and practice sessions • Reviewing progress: the coach will provide you with feedback, that supports your learning, maintaining progress and reinforces your success, while continuing to remove stumbling blocks, re-framing key issues when necessary • Ongoing Support: by this point the you will be well equipped to implement change possessing the necessary skills to pursue your own goals. This is also the stage where your coach will explore what is required for continuing personal and organisational development and success Telephone or email support is always available between coaching sessions.
